Welcome. My name is Adriana. I'm here with some wonderful, amazing woman I just wanted to encourage you to keep following me, Adriana Aldo, on social media and the rest of us for updates. We wanna invite you to a powerful gathering called a Woman's Empowerment Experience and Getaway. It'll be this July 7th through ninth, close to Chicago, but far enough away. That we can really just spend some quality time together and get empowered by whatever God has in store. So I wanted to just have, a conversation with some of my, Sisters in Christ here, some powerful woman. Again, to just give you a little bit of a insight, but before we do, I wanna just impart the vision that the Lord has given me, which is to empower women, not because we're walking around and. Needing power from outside sources, but we need the power from God. And so when we're coming into our trials and tribulations, it's awesome to be prepared and know where to turn. And in this time, in this season, it's a time for us to have a, a good supply of oil, preparation for whatever. We don't know what's coming. We don't know. What's down the line? But we do know that we're called to be prepared, and it's time for us women to get in those proper positions and alignments. And so we're coming as a unit of women who want to see a change, a transformation, an alignment, deliverance, everything that God has for us so that we walk out from this weekend getaway. A new creation. Even those of us who have already been working with the Kingdom of Heaven, and moving things. We're still constantly being refined, so we're asking the refiner to come in a mighty way, and there's gonna be a ripple effect. This, event is being put together. By seven Ripples. I'm an event planner and also the royalties because this atmosphere will be saturated in the royalties of heaven. So this isn't something ordinary, it's extraordinary, exquisite. The location is beautiful. We don't want you to miss it. And I wanna just share a little bit more about this. But first let me introduce, Anne Calvio. Who is, hosting this podcast for us? Thank you, Anne, for being such a diligent worker in laborer in the Kingdom of heaven. Do you wanna share a little bit?

Yeah. Adriana. So thank you for the opportunity, to be a part of this event. I'm really looking forward for what the Lord has in store for us. I'm having just such a great time getting to know Rosario, Jeanette, and these other ladies that I've never met before, but I believe God is connecting the pieces. I believe God is connecting the women for this event that are gonna be bringing Encouraging words, words that are gonna build up and edify the women that are gonna be there. I also love what you talked about. Yesterday you mentioned the intimacy behind it, that this is an event geared towards intimacy, growing in our intimacy with God. And I totally see that. I totally see how the Lord's gonna move, in us through. How he's gonna speak to us. I also know that you mentioned you've seen women just falling out and crying out to God, and that only happens by the move of the Holy Spirit. We are just asking God to have his way just to do what he needs to. And so I'm coming with a big expectation on the Lord, that he's gonna speak to us through each speaker and even just through our alone time with him, because this is also geared, in an outdoor kind of experience as well. So there's a lot of great ideas and there's a lot of great planning going into this event. Jeanette, if you can share a little bit about. Yes,

yes. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity, to be part of this great, experience. I'm super excited. So definitely, we hope to see you there. July, seventh through ninth. It is about an hour away from Chicago. So as, our sisters were, speaking, definitely a lot of activities that are gonna be planned. we hope that you take advantage of your, our early, bird special. Registration, reach out to us. Let's spend some time together. I look forward to bonding with all of you ladies, but definitely, spending time with, God and with my sisters. I think sometimes we get caught up in, in this world and we forget that we need to support each other and be there for each other,, because it could get tough and sometimes lonely. God put us here to be together and support each other. I often personally find myself seeking support from my sisters. And I think that this is gonna be a powerful event and I hope that we all find ourselves filling our cups, and finding that, sisterhood that we all need, I was talking to the group about, spending time under the stars and being outside in nature and again, spending that alone time with all of you. And of course, God, we need that. This event is also gonna be in a beautiful home, but I don't know about you, but I yearn for Nature, and there's two acres of land. I'm gonna pass it over. Hello? Thank you so much, first of all, to God for putting this together. Thank you for Sister Adrianna, cuz she's always been amazing. She was actually one of the first. Women's sisters that, that I came across at church when I came to the Lord. And I am so thankful for everything. I'm so thankful for my walk and just for all the people that he has brought into my life. And I've shared with sister, Adriana, how the Lord has really been pushing me. To come to our women from a place of education. And I'm not sure if, if remembers, but. I wanna say like a year and a half ago or something, she did see me in front of people, which I mean, I had no idea what that was gonna be leading to, but then she invited me to be part of the panel of this amazing getaway, which I am so thankful for. I'm excited to see everyone, to meet everyone, to hear everyone's testimonies, everyone's stories. They could be so powerful, each and every one of us. Our story. And when we share it and the Lord moves through us, he allows others to learn from our life, from our experience. And then it's like that ripple effect, right? It's okay, we're going through something, you know, the Lord works on us. And then he's like, okay, now go and share. Go and share the good news of what I can do in your life. So I am so excited to be there in July. Come and join us. It's gonna be amazing.

Thank you to each of you who are on this panel. Of course. I feel like God is awesome and always lifting up my arms for me through bonding with powerful women, beautiful women in the kingdom, but even people in my life, some of you may not be believers, some of you don't know, Christ, but this is for you. This is definitely for you. We invite women, whether you are a Jesus follower or not. So we're a panel here of four, but we have action-packed leaders, at least 30 people that are gonna. Be putting this together. So if you could imagine there are 30 leaders with all different, um, giftings, all different ministries, all different knowledge businesses. There's every mountain of influence that women function in from business to religion or spirituality, education, family media. Entertainment and politics. If you don't know which of those places that you are making an impact in, it's important. It's super important for you to come because we are getting into those positions and aligning, and we're here to, to lift up your arms. So if you had,, a second to hear. Each of these women, it would be just enough. But imagine we're gonna spend the whole weekend. So there's going to be, people that are gonna speak. There's people that are going to give workshops and actually train. We're gonna do activities. But the amazing part of this is that we're coming and we're just putting our phones down. We're unwinding before the Lord. And in this atmosphere of royal. That's the important part of it. You are the Lord's handiwork. You are a masterpiece, and this is the time for you to shed off shame. Guilt, resentment, unforgiveness. It's time for you to let go of the things that are in the way for what God has created you to be. And it's not easy sometimes to see the fullness of who God created you to be when there's all these things in the way. So here we are. We're gonna help you. We're gonna teach you, we're gonna lead you. So whatever it is that you're being called to, whatever it is that you're drawn to. There's something for you, everybody. We're gonna have leaders all the way from the teenage years all the way to older. From every race we're gonna have a panel of speakers. We're gonna come into a place of healing. Every form of racial divide, age, divide, denomination, divide. We need you to be a part of this. I don't want you to miss it. This is so important for us that we take this step together. We don't wanna leave anyone behind just like the Lord. He doesn't wanna leave the one behind. So don't miss this event. It's super important, and it's called an experience in a getaway because really and truly, I'm just gonna correct myself right now that I called it an event. It's not an event. We're coming into an experience. We're gonna spend time in a new way together. And I wanna just share one important detail that I'm excited about the royalties is putting forth a chocolate fountain extravaganza. You can't miss it. So one of the awesome things that we're going to, have is the, those that are coming to present will not just leave you with 20 minutes of talk, but they're coming ready to start building relationship with you. So you're not going to. Encouraged to take the leap of faith and go forward and build up something and you have no support. We wanna be a support system to you. We wanna build relationship and invite you to Anne's podcast. Her scars tell her story and your testimony, just like Rosario was saying, will help others. So we're not having. Just like an event. Again, it's part of this move of growing together. So when the ladies are presenting, I think it's another fun time that we're gonna have a meet and greet. This location is beautiful. They even have a gym inside the house, so we're gonna have a meet and greet with appetizers galore, and there you'll meet the ladies. They're authors, they're business owners, the. Some of'em are, the prophets, church leaders. We have people in the education field. We have, people who know how to raise their children up when they're young to learn about finances and equities and, how to make,, their homes more profitable. There's so much wealth of information, but I wanna say to me, the intimacy like you, Is the, is the part that is going to really move in us. And so, do you wanna talk more about that? Yeah. Mm-hmm.

one of the things that came to my mind, Adriana, you know, as you and I were talking as well, um, was that I do believe that a lot of times as women, we wear many hats. We have many tasks at hand, and one of the things that we don't stop to do, Is really just process it all. Really just take that time to spend with the Lord, really just surrender it all to him. Mm-hmm. And I believe that that's what's gonna happen in these three days. I believe that we're gonna have time to get off that hamster wheel of go, go, go. And just. Just be present with God, just be present with one another, truly. Um, be there taking in his presence. That's what I wanna take away from this as I gather with each and every woman I wanna take. That understanding of God's love. That it's just, And my daddy, that it's just me and my father that we get to walk. Through the stars that I get to look up and see his beautiful stars, that I get to listen to what he's done in the lives of other women, that I get to be enriched by what they have to say. That's the beauty of this, is that when we come together, all women from all different walks of life from did fit. Backgrounds, different career fields, different giftings, the Holy Spirit moves. God has gifted each one of us according to His grace, and we're gonna get a chance to see that. We're gonna get a chance to have that imparted into. Us from these women. And so again, I'm going, expecting God to move like only he can. I'm going, also to meet these other women, you know, to be encouraged by them. one of the last things I did wanna mention is that, you know, this is gonna be a time away, so we wanna make sure that we do disconnect. We wanna disconnect from the noise. From the chaos, even from, you know, like you mentioned, turning off our phones mm-hmm. That in itself, like getting away from, from everything that tries to take the place of God. Yes. And, and unfortunately we live in a day of an age right now where there's a lot of information, ladies, there's a lot of things that are pulling us away from God. Not this weekend. This weekend belongs to the Lord. This weekend is consecrated time set apart. Yes, for us, for our souls to be nourished by the word of God. And so y this is a must attend. You must attend this. I'm gonna be there. I believe that when Adriana invited me, just in processing that alone, this time away from, from everything that I know into a quiet time with God. And I'll tell you this, it may not be so quiet because we're going have so many great activities, but I know there will be a time where we're just gonna be able to just, uh, be in his presence and just, um, allow him to saturate us with his love. So, yeah, I'm looking forward to that.

Sister, can I, can I add on to that? Yeah. You know, I think also I just wanted to add on sometimes that you might think that you might be going through something alone or that you. Someone might not understand you. I think that if you are feeling that way, you'd be surprised on how many women are going through the same exact thing and they're feeling the same exact feelings that you are and you're not alone. Let us. That connection. Let us become one, let us become that support system and let us build friendships and relationships and build, sisterhood. I don't know a lot of women. I'm just gonna be transparent. I don't, I work in, in a field where, you know, it's like, Nothing but man. And then you can't relate. They view the world in a different way. And it's like, man, I'm like fighting against the current. And it's like, man, where are my sisters? Where are my people? Where's my tribe? So I look forward to be spending time with my tribe and all of you, and you will be surprised on how much you can learn from one another and that you're not alone and you seek and you need God, and you need your, sisters and I really hope to see you in July.

Adrianna: 18:10

Yeah, that, that's super good, Jeanette. I feel like that is a word for a lot of people, and I think we've all been there where we feel like we're alone and you know, we know we have God and sometimes we don't turn to God. Even if we do, we still feel like in this physical world here, we need community. And you know, we see the example with Jesus. Jesus could have walked through all the land doing all his miracles on his own, but he called the 12 disciples to join him. And so I do believe that this is really important for us to be grounded in the Lord as a unit of woman chasing after who God created us to be. So one of the things that I did want to share is that this is a, Big move toward understanding our identity in Christ. And one of the, ways that I know that is that I've been stretched, and I'll be honest, I'm still being stretched, that this has, uh, atmosphere of the Kingdom of Heaven, the royalty of the Kingdom of Heaven. I just know that when we are in that place together, it will be a whole other atmosphere than what we're used to. I want to be in that place of experiencing the goodness of God, the glory of the Lord. And it's wonderful. It transforms you. It doesn't leave you the same, and so we're gonna take all the time, all the energy to make sure that every detail is amazing and beautiful and exquisite down to when you first walk in the door. So be ready for the Lord to encounter. With an open heart because there's so much that you will receive just by saying yes and walking through the door this is something that in our working together as a unit, we've already been experiencing some transformation and some breakthroughs. So Seven Ripples has been, event planning since 2019, and this is the third edition of a women's empowerment conference. And I can tell you that one or two or three of the leaders that have come before their ministries and their business have have grown. One of'em is, uh, del, she was one of the speakers right before the pandemic. And she spoke about being an Esther for a time such as this. And the next thing you know it, now she has a whole boutique. And this boutique is literally, launched to do missions around the world. And so God has. A pebble that you can throw, and this pebble will make a ripple effect that can move mountains. So don't think it's minor. You have a major impact. It doesn't have to feel like a huge move that you're making, but all you have to do is give the Lord your yes. And so I wanna encourage Rosario to talk about how she's been giving the Lord. Her? Yes. And how he's been opening up these doors everywhere she goes. I feel like this is a testimony to some of you that don't understand like how the one little Yes. Keeps moving as, you know, one place to another, to another, when you're in your calling. When you walk through those open doors that God has already for you, there's no stopping what you can do. It's only you who can stop you.

Rosario: 22:00

Yes. So I was sharing with my sisters earlier how I've been in my field in real estate. I've been doing it for five. But I felt that in the last, maybe like two years, two and a half years, I felt as if the Lord was putting me inside of like a pressure cooker or something. He was doing something to me. Right. Um, when I say to you, he really did have to, and, and he's still working on me, like he's, I feel like it's not done yet. Um, I don't ever think he's ever done with us. I'm not, I'm not sure, but I feel. The way that he's been working in me is that he's been pushing me to go out. to educate our young, community to educate our women he's just like, go out there. Go. Mm-hmm. So, it, it's something that I sh had shared with, sister Adriana that I wanted to do. I said, you know what, like God is really pushing me to go out there, you know, where I'm not sure, you know, I know he wants me to be in front of people and educate, like a teacher, right? Of what I do, real estate investing and all that, all those things. So not only did Sister Adriana come up to me to invite me to her getaway, but also my daughter's school out of nowhere. Like they're having, uh, like a career month, something like that. And they invited me. They said, Hey, you know, we want you to come. And those things to me, they're just, they're coming out of nowhere. Right. And, and I know it's, That he's putting me out there. And of course, there's always that little fear, right? That like, ooh, I don't know Lord, if you want me to do that. But he's, he's pushing me, he's definitely pushing me out of my comfort zone. Last year, I was a co-author in a book as well where I shared my story, business Divas, and it, it saw. It's all him. He wants me to go out there and share what he has done for me. Mm-hmm. Because if he can do it for me, he can do it for anyone else. I was in that place, in that place where, where sister mentioned where I felt lonely. Mm-hmm. I felt like I didn't have anyone, this is me, this, that. I think that's when I was inside that pressure cooker, you know, where God was really calling me and he was like, Hey, I'm. I'm here, but I remember calling a family member and, and, and sharing how I felt very, very lonely. Mm-hmm. I was sitting in my, in, in my bathroom on the floor, just crying my eyes out and saying, I feel lonely. I felt like there was a void that needed to be filled. And shortly after that, you know, like the Lord called me and I walked into my church, you know, and now I have a, a beautiful group of sisters there, they're my Godly family, I call them, right? Because I have my family and then I have my family and Christ that they've been there. We're there for each other. We support each other. But yes, definitely the Lord has been moving. He really wants me to be out there and just be part, of these, amazing groups that. Amen. My beautiful sisters are buil building and, and bringing together.

Amen. Yeah. I love your story and I'm privileged to be able to know you and to be able to experience what God is doing in your life because that's what part of the beauty is that we get to partake. In the blessings from one another. And so if we don't know other people and we don't know how to connect with women, this is the opportunity because you're gonna get to be blessed not only for yourself. But the blessings from building relationships and seeing how God moves in other people's lives and that's how he continues to encourage us. So I just wanted to encourage you one last. We have this, action packed, but at the same time full of the rest in God, schedule. So it's Friday, it starts at 5:00 PM I want you to, from the beginning, be treated like royalty. You'll be able to park, somewhere offsite and we'll shuttle you over to the location where when you walk in the door, you know that's where it begins and you'll. We want you to feel, um, Like, you know, once we're at the dinner together, we are gonna have already been through some of what God has in store for us or most of it by that point. And so it's time to shut off those old garments and it's time to put on that readiness that preparedness for meeting with the Lord, for dining, with the Lord, and for having the experience that he's calling you to, which is to himself really and truly. He's coming for his bride. He's cleaning us up. He's preparing us without blemish, and he is. Ever ready to return and to spend eternity with us starting now. If you spend the night on Saturday, You're gonna have the Breakfast of Champs. There's more for the Premier package, and we don't want you to miss out. There is a limited number of people, so be encourage. Uh, Jeanette has a lot of details. I wanna say. We'll be able to talk over the phone with you, whatever it is. To that woman who may feel like, I'm in a place where I'm distant from God, and this, this is your weekend. This, this is going to be your weekend. This is gonna be your time. Of reconciliation with the Lord. And I just wanna speak to you and let you know you belong here. You belong here. And don't let anything, don't let anything stop you. Don't let what you're going through stop you. I think a lot of times when we go through things, we tend to isolate and we wanna be left alone, but I wanna encourage. That in this season, if you're going through a season where you feel alone, isolated, I get you. Hmm. I get you. And I want you to know that this is a safe space for women to come and just be themselves. Just let down your hair. Just be yourself. Come vulnerable, come transparent, come broken If you're in a broken place, right? Because God receives us all and there's a place for each and every one of us at his table. Amen. Each and every one of us and the vision that Adriana's giving is this long, beautiful table It's an invitation to spend time with one another and with the Lord at this table, he has a seat for all of us. And so I don't want you to feel like, you know what? Maybe this event is not for me. It's for you. Yeah. It's, it's definitely, that's the heart behind it. The heart behind it is that every woman, even that woman who feels unseen, unheard, overlooked. It's for you. It's for you. So I wanna, I just wanna encourage that woman.

Yeah. I know that this is a women's empowerment event, but I also know that there are men in women's lives that can encourage, if you have a sister, you have your mother, your wife, you have, adult daughters, please, if you're listening to, It's not by mistake, it's so that you can empower, help to, to get them empowered by the Lord. And maybe you can sponsor for them to come. Give it as a gift, and so for the men in your lives, I do say, you know, we need your support. We would love for you to, if you don't have someone in particular, maybe offer a gift so you can sponsor and we can offer some scholarships to people.
